Both, you need the 1.2.3 version (but you can also use 1.2.4 as well) as well as the 0.1.0 version as this adds all the content for the ntf mod. 0.1.1 is just a patch that adds the files newly added or edited for the 0.1.1 version (that's why it's called a patch).
